Rollercoaster
Designed by architect Edward Niles, this house has approximately 11,000 sq/ft of bent glass. We extruded our own custom die aluminum system to accommodate the bent steel ring. The bent glass doors were designed by Crystal Clear Glass Inc. and purchased from Fleetwood Windows and Doors. The glass used is Azuria over PPG Low e and Azuria reflective over PPG Low e. The entry is a frameless glass herculite door system with a large sloped canopy of glass over the driveway.

Designed by David Hertz Architects Inc. it was our goal to make their vision a reality. We designed and engineered our own aluminum system to replicate the shape of the airplane wing.
We are using Fleetwood windows and Doors with aluminum doors up to 25' wide x 12' tall.
A majority of the glass is oversized 9/16” low e laminated glass with custom frameless mitered angles to give an unobstructed view.

We resourced, designed and engineered a frameless staircase system over 8' wide by 3' wide stair treads, a 90 degree return and 20' tall frameless mitered glass corner with a stainless steel tension bar to pull weight off the lower panels. The glass doors were designed by Crystal Clear Glass Inc. and purchased from Fleetwood Windows and Doors. Through the design of the house we were able to optimize space and maximize the views.
